Stay on Track and Beware the Bear
Consider this analogy…
Sometimes running a business by yourself can be like travelling through a massive cave. What sounds like helpful guidance is just your own voice echoing back to you. Without someone else to keep you balanced and guide your steps you will either stumble back into the light, or into the mouth of a hungry bear.
Even if you’ve mapped out your Plans, conquered your Assumptions, and know the Path you need to take, you still need to make sure you Stay on Track. To be accountable for your every misstep, and pulled back on course when needed.
